We know that exercising with others helps improve how well people engage.
With funding we can offer physio-led group based sessions for people who may find working alone inaccessible.

medico legal & Case work

We are experienced at working as professional witnesses for clients who may have ongoing or upcoming court cases.
We can provide high quality reports for use during cases.
We also work with a number of case managers across the UK to provide tailored support to individuals.

1:1 physiotherapy

We can support you at our clinic based in Beeston, Nottingham. We have a range of equipment including extra wide plinth, floor hoist, treadmill and free weights amongst others to help you meet your rehabilitation goals.

Our clinic offers off street parking and level access for those who need it.
